Shipment:

Postage within 24 hours after receiving cleared payment on business days. We ship worldwide with premium carriers (TNT / FedEx). In case of export outside Europe we contracted FedEx to ensure delivery within 7 days from dispatch.

Payment:

Payment due within 48 hours after auction ending or in accordance with our mutual agreement prior to auction ending.

Payment is possible through: Bank transfer / TransferWise (preferred)*, Cash on collection, PayPal

* As we have a € bankaccount and to avoid excessive exchange rate costs (through banks / PayPal), we prefer to use TransferWise in case of other currencies.

All our used motorcycle parts are fully tested and being sold “as is”. We describe the model, condition and type of our motorcycle parts with the most attention. If you unfortunately are not satisfied with the part, please contact us to achieve a good solution in close consultation instead of leaving neutral or negative feedback.

Important in case of international shipping (outside EU):

We cannot assume responsibility or be held liable for any additional charges, as for example customs fees, customs clearance costs and / or local taxes. These additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer / recipient as we do not have control over these government-imposed costs and cannot estimate what these are or will be. So please contact your local customs office for information as they vary significantly.

To avoid any delay in receiving your order please consider the following :

1. Provide us with a phone number and email address where you can be reached (by customs and / or the shipping company) when your product arrives at the customs. These details will be forwarded to the transport company so they or the customs can notify you by customs clearance;
2. Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from shipping companies because of duty and/or tax liability charges.
3. Please be aware that most shipping companies will hold a shipment for in about 10 business days, after arrival in your country, before they return it to sender.
4. We do not refund any shipping charges for orders / goods that are refused for delivery by you or at the customs.
